Before sending your message these are the most common issues we get messages about.
My account is still not activated.
- Accounts are activated within a few hours max, sometimes within minutes.
- If your account is not activated make sure you registered it with the same email you paid from, or you let us know you paid from a different email address.
- Make sure your email address is valid and works, we cannot contact you if you supply an invalid, non existent or overflowed mailbox etc.
You think you haven't received a reply to an email.
- Check your junk email folder.

I can't login
- Make sure you are using your Username, NOT your email address (unless they are the same)
- Make sure you are using the correct password.
I've forgotten my password
- Message if you need a password reset.
- Chrome and other browsers will store the password for you.
